Addison House

The redevelopment of Addison House consisted of a two stage build which began in April 1988 following several years of preliminary work and planning.

Phase one was completed in December 1999 with phase two being completed in November 2000.  The Health Centre was officially opened by the Secretary of State for Health, Alan Milburn.

The Health Centre houses doctors and dental facilities. There is also a substantial community, chiropody, physiotherapy, and dental facility. The building also provides residential accommodation for doctors and nurses working in the local area.

The Trust commissioned the artist Simon Packard to provide a piece of sculpture which is named ‘The Tree of Life’ which is situated in the courtyard.
