Trust Services
The Trust provides a facilites management service to
all its centres and there is a twenty four hour call service. The Trust
ensures that contracts are set for items such as lift maintenance/fire
alarm servicing and testing/ grounds maintenance/heating & hot water
servicing. Electrical testing and any other statuatory testing is also
undertaken by the Trust.
If the tenant discovers a maintenance problem or is having
difficulty then it only requires a call to the Trust and the tenant need
take no further action. Outside normal office hours there is a procedue
in place which enables repairs/problems/etc. to be dealt with by a nominated
contractor. This cover is given 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
